WEEKEND PASS AGREEMENT
I, hereby, agree that I am a natural born woman, 21 years or older at the time of my submission of The Girlfriends Weekend® Pass Registration. I authorize The Girlfriends Weekend® on behalf of Girlfriends Meet Up® to bill my credit card for The Girlfriends Weekend® Pass Registration charges identified and selected on the said form.
I do understand that The Girlfriends Weekend® Pass Registration is solely for the purposes of socializing and making new friends and is never to be used for the purposes of network or marketing of any form(s), or solicitation to active Girlfriends Meet Up® members, The Girlfriends Weekend® Pass Registrants, online, off-online or in person at any Girlfriends Meet Up® Social Gatherings—now or in the perceived future. In any event or scenario that any of these terms and conditions—not limited to solicitation—are violated, my Weekend Pass or membership subscription will be immediately cancelled,, WITHOUT refund.
I hereby grant The Girlfriends Weekend®, on behalf of Girlfriends Meet Up®, the unrestricted right to use and publish any piece of communication involving me towards the creation of photographs, audio, printed materials, and videos for the distribution of editorials, or for publicity purposes, trades, advertising, and any other purpose in any manner through all communication means—including social media, and without compensation. All images—electronic, video, negatives and positives, along with their prints—are owned by Girlfriends Meet Up®. I, hereby, release Girlfriends Meet Up® and The Girlfriends Weekend® from all claims and liability relating to said photographs and videos.
I hereby agree to defend (if requested by Girlfriends Meet Up® or The Girlfriends Weekend®), indemnify, and hold Girlfriends Meet Up®, The Girlfriends Weekend® and their Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that directly or indirectly arise from—or are otherwise directly or indirectly related to user content by my use of girlfriendsmeetup.com, girlfriendsmeetup.net, thegirlfriendsweekend.com, thegirlfriendsweekend.net, thepathwaytofriendship.com and thepathwaytofriendship.net websites or activities in connection with the Girlfriends Meet | Up®.
